Behind the tree door, Alice was greeted with a most unusual forest. Tree trunks were as colorful as the glass tunnel she has just left.
Were these trees? Alice looked up and no leaves or foilage of any type was seen.
Most peculiar.
She looked down and she spotted tracks. Possibly, Mr J's tracks.
Fortunately, there was a defined path to follow with little signs pointing the way to the Wonderfully Wacky Whatsitland race finish line.
Alice took off running.
As she ran, she started feeling very odd.
Alice's body started to tingle tangle tingle.
hmmm, must be that drink, she thought.

I love that picture. Those are my types of woods. The funny thing is, I am a no footwear person (love to be barefoot) who LOVES shoes. I am a neato-pumps person. You know, funky stilettos, cutesy peep-toes, whatever. Love shoes. Just hate wearing them for long...
ReplyDeleteI'm with Misty. I can't get my shoes off fast enough, but I love shoes! I love knee high boots and cute wedges. Unique stilettos are my favs, but they don't like my bad hip.
ReplyDeleteI like reading these tales, keep them coming~
ReplyDeleteMy favorite footwear would have to be combat boots, rocking horse shoes, or strappy boots. :D Anything gothic or lolita will do~
I wear Birkenstock slippers (at home) and flat shoes elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteOh and in the garden: (half) wooden clogs...
LOL (the Swedish type, not the Dutch ones)
:o)
