Inspired by a steampunk post by adventures of cecelia bedelia, I picked up some steampunk to explore. This exciting book acquisition was found at a newly discovered fantasy, sci-fi and horror bookstore, Borderlands Books.

ReplyDeleteLooks like some great ones! Can't wait to view your thoughts!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, did you receive my pirate bag o'goodies?
ReplyDeleteNICE on the steampunk. I'm going to get these from the library (just as soon as I can get another couple read and not go over the checkout limit!). I think I'll go ahead with the steampunk challenge idea, but it may take a while to organize...I have lots going on, and so many books already on my slate... :) Enjoy those reads! (romances are ALWAYS good, especially free ones)
ReplyDeleteDitto Misty! That one really grabbed my attention. I'm reading Genesis soon, too. Can't wait to read what you think of it.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI'm with Quirk Books. I came across your blog and saw your mention of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I'm glad you enjoyed it! I was wondering if you would like to be put on a mailing list to receive future news about the Quirk Classic series. In just a few weeks, we'll be announcing the next title.
If not, that's okay. We won't bug you again.
If you have any questions feel free to contact the publicity manager, Melissa Monachello, quirkclassics@gmail.com.
Thank you for reading!
Best,
Jennifer Pacheco
