Today will feature some other charming fellows whose credo, as the poet Charles Baudelaire described it, was to ‘aspire to be uninterruptedly sublime.’
Yes, there are many more dandy fellows to talk about -- the 1890s, in particular, seemed to produce a bumper crop of dandies -- but in the dandy spirit, let’s enjoy a new diversion. Here we have a little quiz you can take, to find out if you’re a dandy or not.
Enjoy and bonne chance! (Good luck!)
