Genre: Coming of Age, Time Travel, YA
Description from the amazon:
Kelsee Lewis has a new school, a prima donna best friend, and one week to write a hit play. Throw in a self-obsessed mom and an absent executive dad, and it’s no wonder she has panic attacks—complete with time-warp special effects. When Kelsee meets comic book maven Quinn, she realizes the attacks give her the ability to rewind time.
Replaying life seems like the best way to erase mistakes. But will second chances leave Kelsee flailing in the orchestra pit alone?
She turns to converse at the top of her lungs with the zombie standing next to her.

Very enjoyable coming of age kind of story including coming of special abilities. The time travel element worked for me and kept me interested to the end. I look forward to book two to see how the characters progress.
I also liked the introduction to play writing and theatre production. Got to see aspects all around that are involved in a school play.
The style and format of the book helped with the ambiance. Instead of chapter headings, acts and scenes prefaced the chapters which created a sense of reading a script.
A few references to 80s movies were a treat to see as well ;-D
