  1. Love the title of that book. The interesting pause between 'Your' and 'Brains' is so expressive...and menacing.
I'm really rather terrible at poetry, so I'll pass on the haiku, but I'm going to post this on my blog.
Can't wait for Zombie week! I'm still trying to figure out what my own zombie week posts will include/entail. Thanks again for hosting!

  3. The Zombie Dance, by Rhiannon Hart

    A balletic lurch
    Towards human flesh will quell
    The hunger for brains.

  5. I have been a zombie fantatic since I was a kid. The last zombie book I read was Pride & Prejudice & Zombies. The last zombie movie I watched was Dawn of the Dead (the remake). I hope this qualified as a post about zombies.

  9. Warm brains mist rising
I sit and eat without joy
    The worms ate my tongue

  10. If vampires are snooty french wine-drinkers, then zombies are lusty Italians, devouring platefuls of pasta...

    My haiku:

    Hard-shell resistance
Then, pop! Strong, dead flesh extracts
    Brains, like soft-boiled egg

    And my blog post.
