Great basic guide to get into the mind-set and proper habits to a healthier you within the span of a year.
This book was also a quick and inspiring way to jump start that "get healthy" new year's resolution.
My takeaway to keep in mind is that results will not happen overnight. Be diligent and patient while going through the process.
