Blog All About It: Art

I participated in Artseed's 10th annual Art-a-thon (details & donation). I managed to complete a few projects that I had pending and started a couple before the event's end.

Diane Arbus, Magazine Work
by Diane Arbus
contributor Thomas Southall
-Art, Photography
Amazon | Goodreads

I also saw some of Arbus works at the SF MOMA and did a little sketch. This one reminds me of the twins that appear in the Stephen King horror film The Shining.

Claire's Camera (2017)
La caméra de Claire (original title)
Director/Writer: Sang-soo Hong
Stars: Isabelle Huppert, Min-hee Kim, Mi-hee Chang
-Drama, France, South Korea | imdb | my review

This film is artsy and incorporates photography.

I visited the Asian Art Museum and was taken with the new installation of the Collected Letters by Liu Jianhua made of porcelain (details).

The Divine Bodies exhibition inspired me to take some notes on Buddha head depictions.
