Thanks for stopping by :-)

  1. I love author events, and haven't been in such a long time!

Thanks for sharing, and enjoy your week. Thanks for visiting my blog.

  2. Florida sounds like a very interesting read. I don't live there but have had relatives there and I'd be really curious to read this one. Attraction looks really good too- I'll have to try and see that one!

    1. Yes, I think you would like this one. Cool looking spacecraft too.

  3. Wow, you have some great bookish events in your area! I just got a copy of Florida from the library and hope to read A Place for Us soon.

  4. It's been a long time since I've gone to an author event. There don't seem to be many around here. The look like such fun. Hope you have a great week!

  5. Looks like you had a very interesting week. I hope you enjoy all of your new goodies.

  6. Oh you did have a rather bookish week. Fun! Yay for getting a special meal made by the kiddo. :)

  7. Author events are always so interesting. It reminds me of how much the telling is an art. I'll have to look at the local area and see what is available. Anne - Books of My Heart

  8. Florida sounds like a great read. It has been a while since I've read something by Groff, but I'm hoping to check that one out at some point.

I really enjoyed Pitch Perfect 3 when I watched it. The first movie will always be my favorite but I liked the way this one finished off the series.

  9. I am currently at odds with my bookshelf - and it has five (six if I stack on the top of it, which is not safe but might become a last resort) shelves even. I started out grouping them by topic, but as I have acquired more and more, now they are all slap-dashed together. Good luck organizing!

  10. My bookshelves badly need to be organized. I just have books shoved everywhere right now. I’m glad you enjoyed the author event. Have a great week!

Aj @ Read All The Things!

  11. Organizing books is always time well spent :) Author events, too! Hope you have a good one!

  12. I haven't been to an author event in a while. I'd love to see the author of A Place For Us (I bought it last week).

  13. Yes, it would be nice to have a meal served.
That is a good handful of author events you got to enjoy. Happy Reading!

  14. Wow on the author events....such fun.

Thanks for sharing, and I hope your week is going well.

  15. Nice set of author events. Florida sounds like a book I'd enjoy.

  16. I've never watched any of the Pitch Perfects... I should change that.
