I love that this book includes a seasonal guide as one can match the food and mood with the time of year.
Gearing up to do a 10-day commitment can be daunting. The explanation of a detox and the pre-cleanse segments were helpful in getting into the mode of this book. The rest of the book is easy to follow.
Shopping lists included items easy to find. And, recipes included are easy to prep and do. Alternate modifications are allowed, so it is not mandatory to follow the plan to the exact. Also, extra recipes and a post-cleanse segment are treats at the end.

Lisa provides seasonal detox programs, meal planning and private coaching for those who desire to embrace “clean living. “ She also provides juice cleanses to local clients and leads wellness retreats in Costa Rica.
