Beloved by millions the world over, Pride & Prejudice is delightfully transformed in this bold new manga adaptation. All of the joy, heartache, and romance of Jane Austen's original, perfectly illuminated by the sumptuous art of manga-ka Po Tse, and faithfully adapted by Stacy E. King.

My two-bits:

Sweet! This adaptation gives off the warm fuzzy romantic feels. Stays true to the storyline, but told in a flowery way.

Loved the illustrations!

Note: Amusing to see the rendition of Mr. Bennet as a silver fox ;-)

  1. That looks like a fun graphic novel.

  2. I've never read a manga or graphic novel, but I've been aware that this one exists for a little while now. My problem with manga is, believe it or not, the way in which the eyes are drawn. I've got a bit of a phobia about eyes!

  3. I'm really not much for manga (though I enjoy a lot of anime) - my daughter does like it, tho :)
