My head is spinning, and my body feels like dead weight. I'm falling into everything, as if I were top-heavy, and can barely stand straight. I like my lips, and they tingle with an unusual sensation. I giggle and trip on my heels, falling right into a dresser.

He’ll do anything for the club without question, including serving six years in prison. But nobody could have predicted life’s plan. This was my first read in this series which went alright as a standalone. I did not feel like I was missing anything.
It is also my first motorcycle club romance. After watching the first season of the TV show, Sons of Anarchy, I wanted to read a bit from this genre.
There was a balanced blend of story and sex in this one. The romance felt more lusty than romance-y which was fine for this genre and setting.
Got a little bit of the club life culture. But the focus was on the secrets each character held and how they eventually had to come to terms with the reveals and aftermath.
