  3. Howard Phillips Lovecraft, the man who inspired Tales from Lovecraft Middle School, was an author of weird tales and scary stories who lived from 1890 to 1937.
Many of the world’s most popular writers of fantastic fiction for kids and adults, including Ray Bradbury, Stephen King, and R.L. Stine, have been influenced by H.P. Lovecraft.

Pretty cool hey!! My son LOVED PROFESSOR GARGOYLE and has been eagerly awaiting Slither Sisters. Constantly asking me if it is out yet! It is fantastic something has grabbed his attention like this!! :)
