Evie doesn’t have a choice.

One day she’s an ordinary seventeen year old, grieving for her mother. The next, she’s a Shield, the result of a decades-old experiment gone wrong, bound by DNA to defend her best friend from an unknown killer.

The threat could come at home, at school, anywhere. All Evie knows is that it will be a fight to the death.

And then there’s Jamie. irresistible. off-limits.

  1. I have Forbidden on the wish list already. I really need to pick up Gail Carriger. I want to try her other series. Nice haul!

  2. I have Forbidden, haven't gotten to it yet though, but should be interesting reading about a tribe. :)

  3. Ooh, I love the sound of Spark! I'm gonna have to look that up now too. Hope you enjoy your new books!

  4. :D Looks like you've got a wonderful assortment of goodies to enjoy, my friend! <3 Yesterday evening I finished up The Lodger by Louisa Treger and it was incredibly good! Highly recommend, think you'd enjoy. Anyway, been a tad under the weather the last week so have gobbled thru oodles of books (The Fall by Bethany Griffen was another well-written gem with the perfect touch of Poe-madness) ... and now I'll mosey on off to check out the GIF interview ~ :)

  5. Ah, I'm so glad you enjoy the gif interviews! I'll have more up soon! :)
